The solution? It begins with a powerful realization: you are alive. The very fact of your existence is miraculous. When you reconnect with the awe of being here, in this moment, you can start to realign with your heart and the energy of life itself.

From there, it’s about learning to generate your own energy. This isn’t automatic—it’s a practice. Just like training a muscle, you can train yourself to tap into that vitality and presence again, to bring back the excitement and joy of living.

Realignment, not more achievement, is the key to reclaiming your aliveness.
